Nhân kỷ niệm Ngày Phụ nữ Việt Nam 20/10, Trường Tiểu học Kim Giang đã tổ chức hoạt động trải nghiệm vô cùng ý nghĩa mang tên "Món quà tặng mẹ". Với sản phẩm tự tay thực hiện là "Muối ngâm chân thảo dược" từ các nguyên liệu thiên nhiên vô cùng quen thuộc như gừng, sả và muối, các em học sinh đã gửi gắm biết bao tình yêu thương và lòng biết ơn chân thành tới người mẹ kính yêu của mình.
Để chuẩn bị cho buổi trải nghiệm, các em học sinh đã cùng cô giáo chủ nhiệm tìm hiểu về công dụng tuyệt vời của từng nguyên liệu tự nhiên:
- Gừng tươi: Giúp làm ấm cơ thể, tăng cường lưu thông khí huyết và xua tan mệt mỏi.
- Sả thơm: Mang lại hương thơm thư thái, dễ chịu, giúp tinh thần thư giãn sau một ngày làm việc vất vả.
- Muối hạt: Hỗ trợ giảm đau nhức xương khớp, làm sạch và mang lại cảm giác nhẹ nhàng cho đôi chân.
Sự kết hợp giữa gừng, sả và muối không chỉ là một bài thuốc dân gian chăm sóc sức khỏe đơn giản, hiệu quả mà còn thể hiện sự quan tâm tinh tế của các con dành cho sức khỏe của mẹ.
Dưới sự hướng dẫn tận tình của các cô giáo, không khí tại các lớp học diễn ra vô cùng sôi nổi và ấm áp. Các em học sinh vô cùng hào hứng khi tự tay thực hiện từng công đoạn: Trộn đều gừng, sả cùng muối hạt theo tỷ lệ thích hợp và cẩn thận đóng gói sản phẩm vào những chiếc túi xinh xinh.
Hoạt động trải nghiệm không chỉ mang đến cho học sinh không khí vui tươi, bổ ích mà còn là bài học giáo dục nhân văn sâu sắc về tình mẫu tử, dạy các em biết yêu thương, trân trọng và biết ơn những chăm sóc, hy sinh thầm lặng của mẹ mỗi ngày.
Sản phẩm "Muối ngâm chân thảo dược" tuy nhỏ bé, giản dị nhưng chứa đựng tình cảm chân thành và sự trưởng thành của các em học sinh Trường Tiểu học Kim Giang. Đêm nay, khi dòng nước ấm mang hương gừng sả lan tỏa, đó chắc chắn sẽ là khoảnh khắc thư giãn ấm áp và hạnh phúc nhất của các người mẹ.
Nhân ngày Phụ nữ Việt Nam 20/10, Trường Tiểu học Kim Giang xin kính chúc các bà, các mẹ luôn mạnh khỏe, hạnh phúc và tràn ngập niềm vui bên gia đình thân yêu!
In celebration of Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20th, Kim Giang Primary School organized a meaningful hands-on activity titled "A Gift for Mom." The students crafted "herbal foot-soak salts" using familiar natural ingredients—ginger, lemongrass, and coarse salt—infusing their creations with deep love and sincere gratitude for their beloved mothers.
To prepare for this activity, the students worked with their homeroom teachers to learn about the wonderful benefits of each natural ingredient:
Fresh ginger: Warms the body, improves blood circulation, and relieves fatigue.
Fragrant lemongrass: Provides a soothing, pleasant aroma that helps the mind relax after a long, hard day.
Coarse salt: Helps alleviate joint and muscle aches, cleanses the skin, and leaves the feet feeling refreshed and light.
This combination of ginger, lemongrass, and salt serves not only as a simple, effective traditional health remedy but also reflects the children’s thoughtful concern for their mothers' well-being.
Guided by their dedicated teachers, the classrooms were filled with a lively and warm atmosphere. The students were incredibly enthusiastic as they took part in every step of the process: mixing the ginger, lemongrass, and salt in the right proportions, and carefully packaging the final product into charming little bags.
This experiential activity offered the students a joyful and enriching experience, while also serving as a profound lesson on the bond between mother and child—teaching the children to love, cherish, and appreciate the quiet sacrifices and daily care provided by their mothers. Though small and simple, this "herbal foot soak" product embodies the sincere affection and personal growth of the students at Kim Giang Primary School. Tonight, as the warm water—infused with the fragrance of ginger and lemongrass—spreads its soothing effect, it will surely become a moment of the warmest, happiest relaxation for all the mothers.
